Why teach at Annan?

Teaching at Annan is an exciting and inspiring experience.  We are always busy but our time is spent planning lovely things to do with the children or displaying their beautiful work rather than endless paperwork and testing. We boast a low staff turnover and a happy team who support each other and work well together.

Do I need qualifications?

All teachers are qualified in the age group they teach.

Annan School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly this was undertaken by the Criminal Records Bureau).
